- The project is canceled after partial work has been completed
- Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project
The refunded amount will be determined based on the work completed.

- Any transaction fees may be deducted where applicable

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and potential legal action.
